





The 6 Days Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter Package is a specially designed pilgrimage for devotees who wish to complete the sacred Char Dham Yatra—Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath—in a comfortable and time-efficient manner. This package offers a seamless spiritual experience with helicopter transfers, priority darshan, well-arranged accommodations, and minimal trekking. Starting and ending in Dehradun, the journey allows pilgrims to focus entirely on devotion while enjoying breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayas and a smooth, well-coordinated yatra experience.
On the first day of your Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter, you will arrive in Dehradun, where our tour representative will greet you. You will be transferred to your allotted hotel for a complimentary overnight stay. The rest of the day will be at leisure, allowing you to relax and prepare for the spiritual journey ahead.
Overnight stay in Dehradun.
This day marks the official commencement of your helicopter Char Dham Yatra. After checking out from the hotel, you will be transferred to Sahastradhara Helipad, the starting point of the journey. From here, you will fly to Kharsali Helipad, located near Yamunotri Temple.
Upon arrival at Kharsali, you will be transferred to the starting point of the 7 km trek to Yamunotri Temple, which can be comfortably covered by pony or palki. After completing your VIP Darshan at Yamunotri, you will return to Kharsali and check in to your hotel.
The remainder of the day will be free for relaxation. Overnight stay at Kharsali.
After breakfast, you will proceed for your helicopter journey to Gangotri. The flight will take approximately 45 minutes, landing at Harsil Helipad, the nearest helipad to Gangotri Dham. From Harsil, you will be driven by cab to Gangotri Temple, a journey of about one hour.
By afternoon, you will complete your VIP Darshan at Gangotri Temple. After darshan, you will be transferred to your hotel in Harsil. The rest of the day will be free to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings and Himalayan views.
Overnight stay in Harsil.
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will begin your journey to Kedarnath by helicopter. The flight duration will be around 45 minutes, taking you to one of the designated helipads—Guptkashi, Sersi, Sitapur, or Phata.
As per the guidelines of the Uttarakhand Government, you will be transferred to a government-approved helicopterfor the final short flight to Kedarnath Helipad, located just 500 meters from the temple. This short flight bypasses the traditional 18 km trek, making the journey extremely convenient.
You will be given approximately 1.5 hours to complete your darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, you will be flown back to your hotel near Kedarnath for an overnight stay. You may also plan some local sightseeing around Kedarnath during this time.
After an early breakfast, you will proceed for your helicopter journey to Badrinath Dham, which will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes. You will land at the helipad near Badrinath, located about 1 km from the main temple entrance. A cab will be arranged for your transfer to the temple.
After performing puja and darshan at Badri Vishal, you will have the option to explore nearby attractions such as Mana Village, Bhim Pul, and Vasudhara Waterfall, subject to time availability.
After completing darshan and sightseeing, you will be transferred to your hotel near Badrinath for an overnight stay.
After the special Abhishek Puja at Badrinath Temple, you will be given another opportunity for darshan of Badri Vishal. Once all rituals are completed, you will be transferred to the Badrinath Helipad for your return journey.
Your Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter will conclude with a helicopter flight back to Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun, where the journey began. Upon arrival, you will be free to proceed to your onward destination.
The package includes pickup and drop, hotel accommodation, local sightseeing, transportation between Haridwar and Rishikesh, and assistance from our travel team. Meals and temple entry/cable car charges may vary based on package type.
Yes, the itinerary includes visits to both Ganga Aarti experiences. There is no additional entry fee for attending the Aarti.
The tour can be enjoyed year-round, but the best season is from October to April when the weather is pleasant for sightseeing and temple visits.
Most sightseeing areas are reachable by vehicle, except some temple steps and walking across Jhula bridges. Comfortable footwear is advised.
